Carl Joseph, 30, of Curtis Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 17, 2024, at 7:18 AM, on a warrant dated April 16, 2024, for possession of schedule I narcotics (MDMA). Joseph was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
