Jonah Madison, 28, of Second St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 10, 2023, at 2:51 PM, on a warrant dated April 6, 2023, for false communication with the intent to cause an emergency response and criminal mischief. Madison was additionally arrested on the charges of self-mutilation by a prisoner, resisting an officer with force or violence, battery of a police officer, simple escape, simple assault – 4 counts, simple criminal damage to property, attempted disarming of a peace officer, and sexual battery. Madison was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
