Harold Gray, 45, of Weldon St., New Iberia, LA, was arrested on March 14, 2024, at 1:09 PM, on a warrant dated July 27, 2023, for theft – 4th offense. Gray was additionally arrested on the charge of theft. Gray was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Ray Picard, Jr., 55, of Hamm St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 14, 2024, at 3:54 PM, on the charges of theft – 2 counts and criminal trespassing. Picard was booked, processed, and held with no bond at the time of press release.
