Tkiyah Harrison, 27, of Mitchell St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2022, at 8:43 AM, on a warrant dated June 21, 2018, for disturbing the peace. Harrison was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
