Charles Elmore, 46, of Third St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 1, 2022, at 6:40 PM, on the charges of domestic abuse battery with strangulation. Elmore was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
