Quincy Jones, 36, of Highway 318, Franklin, LA, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on February 15, 2023, at 4:02 PM, on a warrant for possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and possession of methamphetamine. Jones was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
