Laura Newbaker, 39, of Lee Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 15, 2022, at 3:00 PM, on the charges of cruelty to the infirmed. Newbaker was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
