The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Harold Lovely, 37, Guidroz St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 15, 2023, at 3:38 PM, on the charges of reckless operation of a vehicle, resisting an officer, and flight from an officer. Lovely was booked, processed, and released on a $1,118.00 bond.
Majorie Ruffin, 34, of O’Neal Chube St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 15, 2023, at 7:55 PM, on a warrant dated September 19, 2023, for simple assault. Ruffin was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
Jermiashalia Clark, 19, of Oakdale St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2023, at 11:11 PM, on the charge of aggravated battery. Clark was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
