Milton Green, 36, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 11, 2023, at 2:10 PM, on the charges of remaining where forbidden and possession of drug paraphernalia. Green was booked, processed, and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
Bryan Louis, 23, of Maple St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 11, 2023, at 3:40 PM, on the charges of hit and run driving – 3 counts. Louis was booked, processed, and released on a $3,000.00 bond.
