On November 30, 2022, at approximately 2:06 PM, the Franklin Police Department received a complaint from a concerned citizen regarding a male subject who was sunbathing on the roof of a residence nude. Upon arrival, officers observed the nude subject and requested that he descend from the roof where he was subsequently arrested.
Lee Segura, 70, of Becky Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 30, 2022, at 2:30 PM, on the charge of obscenity. Segura was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
