The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Lilvillier Narcisse, 34, of Vieux Orleans, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on November 8, 2021, at 11:06 AM, on two (2) warrants for 15th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of unauthorized use of a movable, domestic abuse battery, and no driver’s license. Narcisse was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
