De’Vaion Moore, 18, of Plantation Teche Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 5, 2023, at 8:04 AM, on the charges of theft and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. Moore was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
James Senegal, 37, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 5, 2023, at 11:26 PM, on a warrant for St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on the charge of stolen property. Senegal was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
