The Franklin Police Department responded to six complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Charles Milton, 67, of Cypress St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2024, at 3:09 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Milton was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
James Johnson, 75, of Robertson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 24, 2024, at 3:13 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Johnson was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
