Tony Caro, 25, of Hamm St., Franklin, LA, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested on January 18, 2023, at 11:47 AM, on a warrant for probation violation. Caro was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Ricky Lemon, 54, of Isabella St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 18, 2023, at 3:55 PM, on the charge of theft – 2nd offense. Lemon was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.
