St. Mary Parish President Sam Jones has announced a parishwide curfew from 5:00 pm on Wednesday to 7:00 am on Thursday.
The curfew prohibits and/or controls pedestrian or vehicle traffic, except essential emergency vehicles and personnel. It does not apply to anyone going to or from their place or employment for purposes of work or any other critical or essential business activity defined by the United States Department of Homeland Security and other such agencies.
