Chitimacha Tribal School Named National ESEA Distinguished School by State of Education

According to the Chitimacha Tribal School’s Facebook page, The National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators (NAESPA) announced that the Chitimacha Tribal School from Charenton Louisiana has been named a National ESEA Distinguished School by the state education agency in Louisiana.

Chitimacha Tribal School is one of up to 100 schools throughout the country that is being nationally recognized for exceptional student achievement in 2024.
