Arrest Report from January 29 – February 4, 2024, from Chief B.C. Trahan: On 01/29/2024; Rusty Moore, 38, Chitimacha Loop, Charenton; was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule III drugs, possession of legend drug w/o prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of CDS (drug free zone). He was transported to St Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Chitimacha Tribal Police has an active and ongoing investigation, further charges are possible.
