Jimmy Mcgraw W/M 44 of Patterson was arrested on September 5, 2023 at 05:32 AM for
- IMPROPER DISPLAY OF A LICENSE PLATE
- DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION FOR PREVIOUS DWI
On September 5, 2023 a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for improper equipment and display of the license plate. Officers made contact with the driver, Mcgraw and learned his license was suspended for a previous DWI Offense. Mcgraw was placed under arrest and released on a summons to appear in court.
