Anna Collette W/F 44 of Franklin was arrested on March 5, 2024 at 11:47 PM for
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE I CDS MARIJUANA (UNDER 14 GRAMS)
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
On March 5, 2024 at approximately 11:45 PM a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after it failed to signal. During the course of the stop, a strong odor of Marijuana was detected coming from inside. Collette was identified as a passenger and after a search was conducted, Marijuana and items of drug paraphernalia were located belonging to Collette. Collette was placed under arrest and released on a summons to appear in court. •
