Bayou L’Ourse – The Bayou L’Ourse Volunteer Fire Department has announced the results of its recent grading and rating evaluation conducted by the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana (PIAL). The department has been undergoing the review process over the past couple of years, and the new ratings have now been finalized.
According to PIAL:
Bayou L’Ourse Fire Protection Territory (FPT) will remain a Class 6.
Beouf Fire Protection Territory (FPT) will remain a Class 7.
These classifications reflect the department’s continued efforts to maintain fire protection standards and service levels for residents in both areas.
The Bayou L’Ourse VFD expressed appreciation to its volunteers and community partners whose support contributed to maintaining these ratings.
