Baldwin Police Arrest Man on Nonconsensual Image Disclosure Charge

BALDWIN, La. — An arrest has been made in connection with a case involving the nonconsensual disclosure of private images, according to the Baldwin Police Department.

Police Chief Gibson announced that Paul Vernon Trahan (DOB: May 30, 1989) was taken into custody on Tuesday in connection with a warrant issued under Louisiana Revised Statute 14:283.2, which pertains to the nonconsensual disclosure of private images.

Chief Gibson credited the Kaplan Police Department and members of the public for providing information that helped authorities locate Trahan.

Trahan was arrested and transported to the St. Mary Law Enforcement Center, where he was booked on the charge. Officials say he is currently awaiting his first court appearance.
