The Baldwin Police Department has reported the recent arrest of Spencer Jackson, a 36-year-old resident of 105 Jolivette St. Jackson was taken into custody on charges of marijuana possession and possession of Schedule II drugs. Following the arrest, he was transported to the local law enforcement center.
