The City of Franklin’s Annual Citywide Christmas Lighting Display Contest will be held on Monday, December 12 beginning at 6:00 PM. Officials said there is no need to register. All residents will need to do is turn outdoor and window displays on at 6pm. Five out of town judges will make their way throughout the city to judge first and second place winners in each residential district including the Business District. Winners will receive a yard sign and bragging rights for a full year.
