The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Chad Harris, 41, of Collins St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on October 4, 2022, at 9:24 AM, on a warrant for St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for identity theft. Harris was additionally arrested on the charge of resisting an officer by false information. Harris was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
