Assumption Parish Sheriff Warns Public of Scam Purporting to be Publisher’s Clearinghouse

Sheriff Falcon is urging all resident’s to use caution in responding if you should get a call from someone purporting to be from Publisher’s Clearinghouse and advising that you have won prize money.
Resident’s are receiving calls from 985-464-2502 and are being directed to Walmart Cash Mart to begin the process of claiming your winnings.

We urge you to disregard any such calls as Publisher’s Clearinghouse does not operate in this manner.
