NEW ORLEANS – Ochsner Health recently announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Pete November has been named one of Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare for 2025. The full list appeared in the December issue of Modern Healthcare, with profiles of all honorees available at ModernHealthcare.com/100MostInfluential.
“I am truly honored to be included among Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare,” said November. “For 84 years, Ochsner Health has remained committed to inspiring healthier lives and building stronger communities. I am proud to lead an organization that continuously works to make a meaningful difference for our patients, our teams, and the communities we serve throughout the Gulf South.”
The annual recognition program honors individuals selected by the Modern Healthcare newsroom for their leadership, influence, and impact across the healthcare industry.

Ochsner Health Board Chairman Andy Wisdom praised November’s leadership, noting its impact on the organization’s growth and mission.

Before being named president and CEO in 2022, November held several senior leadership roles at Ochsner Health, including executive vice president of digital health, chief financial officer, and chief administrative officer.
Since assuming the role of CEO, November has guided Ochsner Health’s continued commitment to advancing healthcare innovation, enhancing the physician and team member experience, delivering high-quality patient-centered care, and supporting economic growth throughout the Gulf South. He is also a strong advocate for fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration, ensuring teams are equipped to succeed in an evolving healthcare landscape.
