FRANKLIN, LA – January 10, 2025. Bayou Bend Health System is excited to welcome the first baby of 2025! Keiloni Nikole, born to Haley Ramo and Kelton Smith, made her debut on January 8, 2025, at 11:37 AM. Baby Keiloni weighed 5lbs 12oz and measured 18.5 inches long.
