Bayou L’Ourse, LA – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announced the arrest of 20-year-old Lakell Mikell Honor from 313 Aristle Road, Bayou L’Ourse. Honor faces felony charges related to a spree of burglaries in the local area. After initiating an investigation, detectives identified Honor as the suspect.
On July 25, 2023, authorities carried out a search warrant at Honor’s residence, where they discovered evidence linked to the burglaries. Soon after, arrest warrants were issued for Lakell Mikell Honor, and he was apprehended and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on July 25.
Honor is being held on five counts of simple burglary with his bond set at $75,000.
