CLECO has announced that Yokley Road from Hwy. 182 to LA 3211 (Northwest Blvd.) will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, January 21 – Friday, January 24 in Franklin to safely perform work to upgrade equipment inside the Yokley Road substation. CLECO Power crews will perform the work.
