Man Taken Into Custody After Stand Off In Bayou Vista

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office took a 31-year-old Bayou Vista man into custody on Monday afternoon after he barricaded himself in a home on Cross Road #2. Police arrested Armando Gonzales of Bayou Vista on a warrant issued this afternoon for the charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile. No injuries were reported.
