St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Department 10-22-2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Tariq Perry, 20, 905 Willow St, Franklin, LA was arrested on October 21, 2020, on the following charges:

– Improper lane usage

-Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute

-Obstruction of Justice-Tampering

-Transaction involving proceeds from drug offenses

-Possession of drug paraphernalia

Perry was released on a $2,500 bond.

Wesley Alphonse Duke, Jr., 70, 133 Lydia Lane, Charenton, LA was arrested on October 21, 2020, warrant for the charge of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities. Duke was released on a $1,500 bond.
