St. Mary Arrest Report 8-6-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Sylvester Louis Lee Francois, Jr., 22, 508 Taft Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2020, at 2:05 pm for domestic abuse battery by strangulation and domestic abuse child endangerment law. No bail has been set.
Aaron Joseph Darcey, 39, 20295 Highway 90 Frontage Road, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2020, at 8:36 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $2,500.
Darryl Gibson, 59, 101 Baronne Street, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2020, at 9:28 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $2,500.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Trent J. Landry, 33, 110 Pearl Lane, Charenton, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2020, at 6:30 pm on the following charges:
- possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- possession of schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute
- possession of schedule I THC wax/edibles with intent to distribute
Landry was also arrested on a warrant for the charge of computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
No bail has been set.
Katie Johnson, 40, 110 Pearl Lane, Charenton, LA, was arrested on August 5, 2020, at 6:30 pm on the following charges:
- possession of schedule I (marijuana)
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- possession of schedule I (ecstasy)
- possession of schedule I THC wax/edibles
No bail has been set.
