St. Mary Arrest Report 8-12-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Ricky Joseph Simon, 62, 108 Romero Lane, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 11, 2020, at 10:01 am for maximum speed limit and driving under suspension. Simon was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2020.
Michael Wade McFarland, 65, 150 Plantation Drive, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on August 11, 2020, at 8:08 pm for driving while intoxicated and open container. McFarland was released on a $3,000 bond.
Carolyn Roberson McDaniel, 57, 635 Bigler Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2020, at 11:22 pm for driving while intoxicated and reckless operation. McDaniel was released on a $3,000 bond.
Trinity Nicole Harris, 21, 3613 Taylor Street, Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on August 12, 2020, at 1:45 am for improper lane usage and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harris was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2020.
