St. Mary Arrest Report 6-9-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Bricelon Lamon Martin, 23, 900 Prairie Road North, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2020, at 2:31 pm for driving under suspension. Martin was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Raymond Terry Chapman, 40, 316 Elm Street, Centerville, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2020, at 4:15 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of a schedule II drug, obstruction of justice-tampering, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle while license is suspended. No bail has been set.
Nicole Michelle Atkinson, 33, 236 West Hale Street, Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2020, at 9:44 am on a warrant for theft. Atkinson was released on a $1,000 bond.
Ravonte Hayes, 18, 710 Martin Luther King, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2020, at 11:08 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hayes was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.

Linda Gayle Franks, 66, 101 Yellow Bayou Road, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2020, at 5:13 pm on the following charges:
- Illegal possession of stolen firearms
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of cocaine
- Possession of methamphetamines
- Possession of heroin
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of CDS in drug-free zone
- Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
No bail has been set.
Zachary Allen Hebert, 23, 132 Laura Drive, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 9, 2020, at 1:41 am on the following charges:
- Possession of schedule I drug with intent to distribute
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Resisting arrest or officer
- Turning movements and signals required
No bail has been set.
