St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 61 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Victor Gene Aucoin, 18, 2204 Lake Palourde Road, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 5, 2020, at 2:35 pm for reckless operation-no accident. Aucoin was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Juvenile male, 16, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2020, at 9:09 pm for disturbing the peace in a violent manner & tumultuous, resisting a police officer with force, possession of marijuana, and ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile was released to the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Alarious Davon Oliney, 24, 189 Mallard Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2020, at 11:14 pm for possession of stolen things. Oliney was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Corey Chavis, 30, 39 Willow Avenue, Freeport, FL, was arrested on June 6, 2020, at 2:51 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Chavis was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Nathan Williams, Jr., 38, 415 Como Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2020, at 9:13 pm for stop signs and yield signs and driving under suspension. Williams was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Ricky Lynn Maberry, Jr., 36, 112 Stone Park Lane, Gainesboro, TN, was arrested on June 7, 2020, at 1:17 pm for domestic abuse battery. Maberry was released on a $2,500 bond.
Daniel Kyle Anonsen, 32, 1007 5th Avenue, San Diego, CA, was arrested on June 7, 2020, at 6:02 pm for disturbing the peace. Anonsen was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Edward Green, 33, 275 E. 25th Street, Larose, LA, was arrested on June 7, 2020, at 11:23 pm for possession of a legend drug without prescription and improper lane usage. Green was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
