St. Mary Arrest Report 6-30-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 43 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Angie M. Talbert, 38, 117 Watson Lane, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 7:28 am for leash law violation. Talbert was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Kient M. Martin, 30, 102 Myra Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 10:19 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and cyberstalking. Bond was set at $7,000.
Darrius Lucas, 19, 117 Hemlock, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 3:09 pm for hit and run. Lucas was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Ti’Jia McCurtis, 18, 519 Oneal Chube, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 30, 2020, at 1:56 am for no driver’s license. McCurtis was released on a summons to appear of September 24, 2020.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Terrance M. Robinson, 23, 423 7th Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 10:52 pm on the following charges:
- two headlights required
- general speed law
- possession of schedule I w/i/t/d marijuana
- possession of drug paraphernalia
- possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
- transactions involving drug proceeds
Bond was set at $15,000.
