St. Mary Arrest Report 6-29-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 98 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Male juvenile, 15, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2020 at 6:01 pm for Aggravated Domestic Abuse Battery. Juvenile was released to guardian pending juvenile court action.
Blake A. Picard, 21, 814 Anderson Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2020, at 9:40 pm for use of multiple beam road lighting equipment, no license plate light, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Picard was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Treymon J. Lofton, 30, 309 Valley View, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2020 at 10:56 pm for no driver’s license on person, possession of schedule II w/i/t/d, possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, possession of firearm in presence of CDS, transactions involving drug proceeds and possession of CDS in a drug free zone. Bond was set at $12,000.
Kendell D. Colbert, 36, 218 Batiste Street, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2020 at 11:32 pm for possession of marijuana. Colbert was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Rodney Frilot, 28, 700 Walter Street, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2020, at 11:32 pm for possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice. Frilot was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Parker Nelson, 19, 481 Bessie Street, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 27, 2020, at 2:11 am for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nelson was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Natalie R. Lowe, 31, 3604 Lake Wheeler Rd, Raleigh, NC, was arrested on June 27, 2020, at 6:26 pm for failure to appear. No bond has been set.
Male juvenile, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 27, 2020, at 8:14 pm for simple battery. Juvenile was released to guardian pending juvenile court action.

Blainedreale Golden, 25, 224 Myra Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2020, at 1:17 am for improper lane usage, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Golden was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Jordan Freeman, 18, 210 St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2020, at 3:41 am, for turning movement and required signals and possession of marijuana. Freeman was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Diego Alexander Cruz-Guerrero, 34, 205 Halsey Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2020, at 10:02 pm for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or officer. Bond was set at $5,000.
Hamilton Navy, 23, 2035 Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2020, at 11:10 pm for stop sign violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Navy was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Lee M. Newton, 39, 158 Bucks Lane, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2020, at 2:34 am for domestic abuse battery. Newton was released on a $2,500 bond.
