St. Mary Arrest Report 6-17-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 25 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Cutter P. Naquin, 20, 1754 Highway 83, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2020, at 5:16pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500.
James S. Austin, Sr., 38, 130 South Clausen Road, Centerville, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2020, on a warrant for criminal trespass. No bond has been set.
Fitzgerald D. Marks, 34, 214 Sorrell Railroad Row, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2020 at 8:12 pm for speeding and resisting an officer by flight. Marks was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
Juvenile male, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2020, at 10:52 pm for simple obstruction of a highway and illegal possession of firearms. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court action.
Juvenile male, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2020, at 10:52 pm for possession of marijuana. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court action.
NARCOTICS SECTION
Clarence Elair, Jr., 50, 1706 West Ibert Street, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 16, 2020 at 11:30 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Elair was released on a summons to appear on September 24, 2020.
