St. Mary Arrest Report 5-13-2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Danny Wayne Aucoin, 46, 2407 Cypress Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 12, 2020, at 2:15 pm for turning movements and required signals and possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Aucoin was released on a summons to appear on August 21, 2020.
Randy Lee Hatcher, 41, 602 Aucoin Street, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 12, 2020, at 9:58 pm for reckless operation with accident, resisting by force, and battery on a police officer. Bail has been set at $2,500.

Byron Lee Hogan, 33, 427 Domingue Street, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on May 12, 2020, at 11:08 pm on the following charges:
–        No taillights
–        Switched license plate/stolen license plate
–        No driver’s license
–        Open container
–        Possession of schedule I drugs
–        Possession of CDS in drug-free zone
–        Expired or no inspection sticker
No bail has been set.
