St. Mary Arrest Report 4-16-2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 17 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Juvenile Male, 17, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2020, at 8:01 pm for possession of a legend drug without a prescription, illegal carrying of a weapon, and bicycle equipment required for night operation. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Harold Willie Francois, 40, 633 Sebby Lane, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2020, at 1:59 pm for battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer with force or violence. Bail has not been set.
