St. Mary Arrest Report 11-25-2020
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Tessa Pilgrim, 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 24, 2020, at 1:31 p.m. operating a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/canceled, operating a motor vehicle not covered by security, and improper display of a license plate. Pilgrim was released on a summons to appear in court on February 23, 2021.
Leon Lipari, 37, Berwick, LA, was arrested on November 24, 2020, at 6:39 p.m. for two failure to appear warrants on the following charges:
Theft of less than $1,000
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Illegal use/possession/control of weapons – a crime of violence/CDS
- Illegal use/consumption/possession or distribution of CDS in the presence of persons under 17.
No bail has been set.
