Registration for Beginner Portrait Ends July 17

FRANKLIN, La.—Registration for the Bayou Beaux Arts Summer Program’s portrait courses will begin Monday, July 13, 2020, in the Tax Department of City Hall (300 Iberia Street, Franklin) during normal business hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Payment can be made using cash, money order, cashier’s check and debit or credit cards.
Registration for the portrait classes is limited to five students. Registration will end for Beginner Portrait when enrollment reaches five students or on Friday, July 17, 2020, whichever comes first. Registration for Intermediate Portrait will end when enrollment reaches five students or on Friday, August 7, 2020, whichever comes first. The fee is $20 per student per course.
Beginner Portrait will be held on July 18, July 25 and August 1 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., and Intermediate Portrait will be held August 8, August 15 and August 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The portrait classes will be held in the Art Room on the second floor of City Hall (300 Iberia Street, Franklin).
Students enrolled in the Bayou Beaux Arts Summer Program will be required to wear a mask and have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer for the safety of the participants.
