Parish-wide Curfew Issued For Iberia

Iberia Parish issued a parish-wide curfew starting April 1 from 10 p.m. – 5 a.m. for residents, adults and minors, until midnight on April 30, unless otherwise rescinded or extended. The curfew prohibits and/or controls pedestrian and vehicular traffic except for essential emergency vehicles and personnel. The curfew does not apply to anyone going to and from work at businesses deemed as essential business activity as defined by the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency.
The Iberia Parish curfew includes the City of Jeanerette, New Iberia, Delcambre, and Loreauville.
