Ongoing Parish Wide Narcotics Investigation In Assumption Parish Leads To Arrest

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ashley N. Lanclos, 28, of 2123 Olias Road, Erath, La., on felony drug charges related to an ongoing parish wide narcotics investigation.

Narcotics officers conducting the investigation obtained information indicating that Ashley N. Lanclos was involved in illegal drug activity in the Bayou L’Ourse area.

During that investigation, agents and deputies had cause to encounter Ashley N. Lanclos and as a result of that event, did establish probable cause to obtain arrest warrants for her.

Ashley N. Lanclos was arrested on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Facility on charges of:

*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine

*Possession MDMA (Ecstasy)

*Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle

Ashley N. Lanclos remains incarcerated with bond set at $20,200.
