No Wake Zone for Lower St. Martin Rescinded as of Wednesday Morning

(St. Martinville, La.) The No Wake Zone that was put into effect for Lower St. Martin (Stephensville/Belle River) on April 3, 2020, will be rescinded beginning Wednesday morning, June 17, 2020.

The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office encourages boaters to stay home due to the precautionary measures in place for COVID-19. However, if you must travel on the water, please remember to follow the safe distancing guidelines for occupants on your boat.
