Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 72-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 89-calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 8/7/2020
Destiny N. Escort, 24 years of age, Address-Mallard St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/7/2020 at 6:48 P.M.
Warrants: Failure to Appear (3 counts)
Officers came into contact with Destiny Escort on Terrebonne St. A warrant check revealed the City Court of Morgan City held active warrants for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Ronald Clark, 52 years of age, Address-Duke St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 8/8/2020 12:25 A.M.
Charge: Resisting An Officer
Simple Battery
Criminal Damage to Property less than $1,000.00
Officers were called to an address on Highway 182 for a disturbance. Upon officer’s arrival, they learned Ronald Clark had damaged property and committed on an individual at the address. Officers located Clark and attempted to place him under arrest as he was leaving the area. Clark pulled away from arresting officers but was handcuffed and placed under arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Angelle Alexander, 25 years of age, Address- Highway 182, Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/8/2020 at 3:17 P.M.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace
Officers were called to an address on Highway 182 for a disturbance. Upon officer’s arrival, they came into contact with Angelle Alexander.
Officers learned Alexander caused a disturbance at the address. She was placed under arrest and was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Kimberly Rene Harris, 48 years of age, Address-Levee Rd., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/8/2020 at 5:45 P.M.

Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of a Legend Drug
Possession of Schedule III-Vicodin
Officers received a call of an individual being robbed at knifepoint. Upon officer’s arrival, the victim identified Kimberly Renee Harris as the suspect. Officers located Harris and she was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine, Vicodin, and Trazondne. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Brittany Anne-Ashley Bourque, 22 years of age, Address-Bush St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/9/2020 at 6:54 P.M.
Warrant: Crimal Damge to Property between $1,000.00 and $50,000.00
Tre Joseph Bourque, 25 years of age, Address-Bush St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/9/2020 at 6:54 P.M.
Warrant: Crimal Damge to Property between $1,000.00 and $50,000.00
Officers came into contact with Brittany Bourque and Tre Bourque on Ditch Ave. A computer check revealed the Morgan City Police Department held an active warrant for their arrest. They were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
