Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 39-calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 6/8/2020

Troy Scott Rosson, 40 years of age, Address-Glenwood St., Morgan City, LA, was arrested on 6/8/2020 at 4:59 A.M.
Charge: Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Synthetic Marijuana (1st Offense)
Warrants: Possession of Schedule I
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Distribute
Resisting a Police Officer with Force or Violence
Simple Criminal Damage to Property
Possession of Schedule II Cocaine
Possession of Schedule I Heroin
Obstruction of Justice

Christen Jeanette Brown, 39 years of age, Address-Highway 70, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on 6/8/2020 at 4:59 A.M.
Charge: Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of Subutex
Warrant: Failure to Appear (2 Counts)
Officers came into contact with Troy Rosson and Christien Brown at a local motel on Highway 182. Officers located suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and synthetic marijuana in Rosson’s possession. Officers also located suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and Subutex in Brown’s possession. A warrant check revealed St. Mary Sheriff’s Office held outstanding warrants for both Brown and Rosson. They were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.


Tarmone Z Tillman, 20 years of age, Address-Leo St., Patterson, LA, was arrested on 6/8/2020 at 7:10 P.M.
Warrant: Failure to Appear (3 Counts)
Officers were dispatched to an address on Highway 182 for a disturbance. Upon officer’s arrival, they came into contact with Tarmone Tillman. A warrant check revealed the City Court of Morgan City held active warrants for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
