Morgan City Arrest Report 6-30-2020

Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 35-calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 6/29/2020

Alita M. Tabb, 20 years of age, Address-Deslinges Rd., Charenton, LA, was arrested on 6/29/2020 at 9:42 A.M.

Charge: Criminal Damage to Property under $1,000.00

Alita Tabb damaged property while incarcerated in the Morgan City Police Department. She as arrested and booked for criminal damage to property.

Willebaldo Flores, 35 years of age, Address-Lennys Lane, was arrested on 6/29/2020 at 7:08 P.M.

Charge: Hit and Run
Careless Operation
No Driver’s License

Officers were called to the area of Roderick St. and Wytchwood Dr. to investigate a hit and run crash. During the investigation, officers learned the registered owner lived on Lanny Lane in Amelia, LA. A deputy with St. Mary Sheriff’s Office was able to locate the vehicle and driver on Lenny Lane. The driver was identified as, Willebaldo Flores. A computer check revealed he did not have a valid driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Stephan Dardar, 32 years of age, Address-Bourban St. New Orleans, LA, was arrested on 6/30/2020 at 1:46 A.M.

Charge: Criminal Damage to Property

Officers were called to a Railroad Ave.  address for criminal damage to property complaint. Upon officer’s arrival, they learned Stephan Dardar had damaged property at the address. Officers located Dardoar walking in the area of Highway 182 and Myrtle St. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
