Carroll P. Gaspard, 72 years of age, Address-Cypress Road, Patterson, LA., on 6/11/2020 at 11:10 A.M.
Charge: Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile
Carroll P. Gaspard was located at the Patterson Police Department was placed under arrest on an active warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration
Alton Hue, 41 years of age, Address-Franklin St., Morgan City, LA, was arrested on 6/11/2020 at 6:50 P.M.
Charge: Domestic Abuse Battery
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officers were called to an address on Franklin St. for a disturbance. Upon officer’s arrival, they learned Alton Hue committed a battery that was domestic in nature. He was found not to possess suspected drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
