Male Juvenile Dies in Thibodaux Shooting

A male juvenile has died from injuries he sustained as a result of a Sunday evening shooting in Thibodaux.

Thibodaux Police Chief Bryan Zeringue reported detectives are investigating the shooting that took place in the 1700 block of S. Barbier Avenue shortly before 6:00 p.m. A black male juvenile was transported to an out of area hospital where he died from his injuries. The incident remains under investigation and more information will be released as the investigation continues.
